Corner Bakery/Chamber Website Contest - Contest Rules

Dates of Contest: April 15th - May 27th 2012

HOW TO WIN:

Log on to www.elpaso.org and follow the link to the Chamber Facebook page. You must "like" the Chamber Facebook page to participate. On the Chamber Facebook page you will find a series of 10 questions over 5 weeks. 2 questions will be posed per week regarding the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce website as well as the Corner Bakery website. You must navigate both the Chamber's website and the Corner Bakery website to find the answers and then fill in your answer on the Facebook questionnaire. A new set of questions will be posted each Monday. Only participants that have their questionnaire completed with 10 correct answers will be eligible for the Ipad HD, donated by Corner Bakery.

A Winner will be selected randomly in a drawing at a time and date, to be announced via Facebook, within a week of May 28th at a Corner Bakery location. The winner will have to come to the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, if not present at the drawing (10 Civic Center Plaza), to pick up their Ipad HD Monday - Thursday 7:30am to 5:30 pm or on Friday from 7:30am to 11:30am or send payment for shipping and handling.

PRIZES:

One Ipad HD will be given to the winner of the drawing of qualified participants that have completed 10 correct answers from the Corner Bakery/Chamber's website contest.

ELIGIBILITY AND LIMITATIONS:

Employees of the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce and Corner Bakery and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws" or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. Must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

PUBLICITY

By participating, all participants and the winner grant the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce and Corner Bakery exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.

RELEASE

By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Chamber and Corner Bakery, its employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss, which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize.

DECISIONS

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. The Chamber and Corner Bakery reserve the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize in its sole discretion. The Chamber and Corner Bakery will resolve any disputes or ambiguities concerning the rules and decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.

PRIZE REDEMPTION

Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign a release form to claim the prize. All winners must fill out of all federal and state forms and an affidavit of release. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. Winners must present a picture ID, preferably a Texas driver's license, with their full name, current address and date of birth. The winner must also provide his/her social security number and home telephone number. It is the sole responsibility of participants to provide us with a valid and correct mailing address. The management of the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce and Corner Bakery reserves the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. No purchase necessary to participate or win. Written copies of these rules are available at the Chamber during normal business hours.
