Mission

We set the condition for economic prosperity.

Since 1899, the El Paso Chamber has driven connection and innovation in El Paso. Our driving principles have been to move El Paso forward by fostering business, recognizing that business is the foundation for growth and prosperity. Member-driven, the El Paso Chamber has been a part of every major business and social development in our region’s history and we are just getting started. Our brand is synonymous with business success. As it did more than a century ago, the El Paso Chamber keeps driving prosperity.

Our Core Values

The spirit of the El Paso Chamber is encapsulated in our core values, guiding each step we take.

EXCELLENCE

We are committed to delivering excellence. We know that moving from good to great is a challenge, but we are up to it. We have great members and a strong team. Excellence needs to be our norm.

MEMBER FOCUSED

Business is our reason for being and our members are its clearest expression. Everything we do should be about the positive transformation of our member’s business and improving the lives of our community.

PUBLIC TRUST

We are beholden to our business members and to the community. We are a non-profit held in the public trust. We know that we must earn that trust every day.

RESPECT

We respect our community, members and each other. We require the same in return. This applies in all things, big and small.
