El Paso Chamber Addresses Spike in COVID-19 Cases

 In News

The El Paso Chamber (EPC) joins El Paso City and County leaders in expressing concern over the rise in COVID-19 infections across the region.

“It is essential for everyone to understand that COVID-19 has far-reaching and long-term repercussions—not just for health but for the economy as well,” said David Jerome, President and CEO of the Chamber. “Following health best practices is critical for keeping businesses open and people employed. We want to ensure that we are minimizing the negative economic impact of the pandemic by keeping our community healthy. The Chamber is committed to assisting business in any way we can, and we encourage everyone to do what their part in stopping the spread.”

EPC continues to encourage business owners to take advantage of the Business Solution Center, which connects businesses with resources as well as offering free consulting services for businesses struggling with COVID-19. EPC is also resharing the graphics developed in conjunction with the City of El Paso and invites organizations to use them to remind all El Pasoans to follow current health directives.
