Leadership El Paso in Full Swing
Leadership El Paso Class 42 will continue its sessions online for the immediate future. The next session is this Friday June 12th, where the class will focus on infrastructure. “We recognize the need to keep our Leadership class engaged and thanks to digital technology and the willingness of guest speakers, we are able to delivery excellent programming to the class and keep moving on the planned agenda,” explained President and CEO David Jerome. He added, “this month is especially significant, as the class hears from a variety of experts on transportation and interstate infrastructure.”
The class meets remotely, and this week will hear and participate with regional experts such as Ted Houghton, former chair of the Texas State Transportation Commission, Eduardo Calvo, Texas Department of Transportation, Representative Lina Ortega from the Texas House of Representatives, and Jonathan Lopez, CEO of Glide. Additionally, the class will be hearing from Chamber staffer Stephen Voglewede, in-house guru of planning, performance, and trend analysis, who will be speaking about the Chamber’s transportation related agenda of connecting, advocating, and innovating on transportation and infrastructure issues.
