Shared Values: A Deep Dive
Last week the Chamber hosted a virtual conversation on shared values. The conversation brought together several voices on shared values as a business concept, expounding on the idea that business can pursue financial success and make headway to enhance social systems and advance social benefits.
An article in the Harvard Business Review from 2016 lays out the core concepts associated with shared value and connects the idea back to collective impact.
