The El Paso Chamber Leadership (EPCL) program is the region’s premier leadership incubator and a 2021 nationally recognized Stevie® Awards for Customer Service Training/Coaching Program of the Year - Business Services Industries category award winner. Over the course of a year, a select group of professionals come together each month to learn more about the major sectors, organizations, businesses, and programs operating in the greater El Paso area. Participants meet with some of the most powerful changemakers in the borderland, learn leadership skills from regional experts, and network with key stakeholders across a wide range of industries.

In addition to these professional development opportunities, each class is also responsible for developing and executing a class project that drives lasting, positive change in El Paso. These projects have not only raised many hundreds of thousands of dollars for organizations in need but have also led to the creation of ongoing projects like Junior Leadership, a program for high school students based on the adult program. Though each class project addresses a different area of need within El Paso, all have succeeded in building a strong tradition of positive change, one we look forward to having you be a part of.
